CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your participation in Exhale Napa presented by Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

Due to the logistics involved with hosting an all-inclusive retreat we will be unable to offer refunds once a spot is secured. All payments are non-refundable.  The only exception is if Exhale Napa must be cancelled in its entirety for any reason in which case Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.We understand that unforeseen situations may come up and we recommend you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your investment.

As a courtesy, we can transfer the spot to another individual if there is a wait list, or if you have someone interested in purchasing your seat, you can sell your seat with prior approval from Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises. See transfer requirements in the section below.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT NONREFUNDABLE?

The hotels, guest speakers, excursion companies, etc. -- require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously, and will want to help us provide the best experiences possible to our Exhale guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Depending on the policy you purchase, travel insurance can help you cover your investment and any situations like lost baggage, medical emergencies for you or a family member, death and other unforeseen circumstances.  We highly recommend you include travel insurance as part of your trip planning for the Exhale Napa experience. Make sure you purchase from a direct travel insurance carrier and be clear about what part of the investment is covered.

TRANSFERS

There is a $100 transfer fee due at the time of transfer.  The reservation owner must complete the transfer by providing Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises with contact information for the recipient. Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises team will contact the recipient of the transfer for them to complete a Transfer Acceptance Agreement and a Registration Agreement which will make the transfer(ee) an official part of the final attendee list which is a requirement for participation in the retreat. All transfers must be made no later than March 1, 2020. There will be no refunds of the ticket price.

DELINQUENCIES

As a courtesy, a payment plan has been created. Any payment more than fifteen (15) days past due, will incur a late payment fee of $40.00. Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises may also cancel a reservation if the reservation is two (2) payments delinquent.  Should the reservation be cancelled by Lisa Renee Johnson Enterprises due to payment issue, the terms of this “Cancellation, and Refund Policy” shall apply.
